“It's kind of fun to do the impossible.”
— Walt Disney
Walt Disney to his team during the development of Disneyland in 1954, when engineers told him many of his ideas could not be physically built.
They told me animated films couldn't be feature-length. I made Snow White. They told me a theme park would bankrupt me. I built Disneyland. They told me you can't mix live action with animation. I did it anyway. Every single time someone said 'that's impossible,' I got a little more interested. Not because I wanted to prove them wrong. Because impossible things are where the fun is. If what you're working on doesn't scare people a little, you're probably not dreaming big enough.
