Welcome to Liora ("we," "our," or "us"). Liora is a tarot reading, natal chart, and daily "Sky Today" companion that helps you reflect on your questions through cards, astrology, and a private journal. We are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have when you use the Liora mobile application.

2.1 Information You Provide:

• Account information when you sign in with Apple or Google (name and email address)

• Your birth details — date, and optionally time and place of birth — used to build your natal chart and personalize your "Sky Today"

• Your readings: the questions you ask, the cards you draw, and the interpretations you save

• Journal entries you write

• App settings and preferences (language, chosen deck, reminders)

2.2 Purchase Information:

• Subscription status and transaction identifiers from the App Store

• We never see or store your credit card or full payment details — payments are processed entirely by Apple

2.3 Automatically Collected Information:

• Device information (device model, OS version, app version)

• Usage events (screens viewed, features used) via analytics

• Crash reports and performance diagnostics

• Apple Search Ads attribution data (which ad campaign brought you, if any)

We use the collected information to:

• Build your natal chart and personalize your readings and daily "Sky Today"

• Save your readings and journal so your story stays with you

• Sync your data across your devices via your account

• Process and validate your subscription

• Understand which features people find meaningful and improve the app

• Diagnose and fix crashes and bugs

• Measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns

Liora offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID account and handled by Apple.

We use Adapty (adapty.io) as our subscription infrastructure to validate purchases and manage subscription status. Adapty receives purchase receipts and anonymized identifiers — never your payment details.

You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime in your device Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

Astrology is tied to place, so building a natal chart requires a birth location. You can type your birth city, or grant location access to place your chart on the map more precisely.

• Location is used only when you choose it, to set the place for your chart — we do not track your location in the background.

• If you grant location permission, it is used on-device to help you pick a place; you can revoke it anytime in your device Settings.

• We do not sell or share your location with advertisers.

Liora relies on a small set of processors to function:

• **Firebase by Google** (Authentication, Firestore database, Analytics, Crashlytics, App Check) — account, sync, analytics, and crash reporting. Privacy: policies.google.com/privacy

• **Adapty** — subscription management and receipt validation. Privacy: adapty.io/privacy

• **Apple** — Sign in with Apple, App Store payments, and Search Ads attribution. Privacy: apple.com/legal/privacy

We do not show third-party advertising in Liora and we do not use advertising SDKs.

We do not sell your personal information. Ever.

We share data only with the processors listed above (to run the app), and when required by law or a valid legal process.

Your data is kept while your account is active.

You can delete your account and all associated cloud data directly in the app: **Settings → Delete Account**. This permanently removes your profile, readings, and journal data from our servers.

You can also email us at uuncrop@gmail.com and we will delete your data within 30 days.

All data is encrypted in transit (TLS). Cloud data is protected by Firebase security rules so only your authenticated account can access it, and Firebase App Check guards our backend against unauthorized clients. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we follow industry best practices.

Depending on your region (including GDPR in the EU and CCPA in California), you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you

• Correct or update your data

• Delete your data (see section 8)

• Object to or restrict certain processing

Liora is intended for adults and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with data, contact us and we will remove it.

Liora is designed for personal reflection and entertainment. Tarot and astrology content is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, legal, or financial advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Decisions you make are your own; for important matters, please consult a qualified professional.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Material changes will be communicated in the app.
